TCNJ Women’s Soccer

Throughout my time as Media Coordinator for the women’s soccer team at TCNJ I’ve been able to attract publicity through the use of social media to the four time national champions. During the season I create content such as game day posts, photo content, post game graphics, as well as social media story posts throughout matches. Within the first year of my role I’ve attracted 500+ followers to the Instagram account while creating over 150+ posts throughout the season. Through the use of Facebook and Instagram I have been able to target alumni, recruits, and even current athletes to the program. The overall objective in picking up this project was to promote women’s sports at a Division III level with the idea that recognition isn’t something that Division I programs are able to accomplish. I look forward in using this experience to other programs especially at a professional level.
